Reaching Catholics for Christ
Q: My best friend says she’s catholic but tells me things I say or Christian music I listen to is “cringe or annoying”, yet says she loves GOD. I can’t tell which one it is and am not sure what to say to her next time she says that. i’ve mentioned bible study with her a couple times but she was not interested. A: Catholics who follow the teachings of RCC are idolators and are not saved. All unsaved people are idolators as they do not embrace nor follow the true God revealed in Scripture. We are not to be friends with those who are not saved, so def not bffs with them. You need to find friends among the born again brethren in your Church. But can reach out to share the Gospel with the lost around you. Do soak your pre conversations and post convos (with that person) in prayer with God.
