When someone apologizes for Cussing

What do you do when someine apologizes to you for cussing around you when they know you are a Christian or Pastor?


They have a sense of shane and guilt that can be helpful so take the opportunity to move to the Gospel. 

"We all live in a world where the outpouring of the heart of the human sinful nature is inescapable. It is a sin stained world we all live in. We know we do wrong because God's Law is written on our heart and our conscience accuses us. We know right from wrong but those who do not know God and have not been redeemed from sin, through Jesus, naturally live in rebellion to Him and righteousness. Would you consider yourself to be a good person...." take them thru sin and thru the Gospel, and give a call to action to obey the Gospel command. Repent and trust in Jesus.

What if someone rejects a tract?

Q: What should my response be when someone out right rejects a Gospel tract?   Many that have say “If this about God or Jesus, I don’t want it.” A: If you're interested in having conversations, that's a great opening! THEM: Is that about Jesus? I don't want it!  YOU: Actually, it is. I'll save it for the next person, but I'm curious, why don't you want something to help you think about the importance of Jesus?  Listen to them and that may open the door for you to share the Gospel. If they refuse to open up though, wish them well and move on. Do try to probe. It may open doors to talk. Have ready some answers ready to top 5 expected rejection reasons the person has about religion or Christianity, or Jesus, and you might be able to chat & swing to the Gospel.
