using ai gptchat or bard to get transcripts
You have likely heard of gptchat, it has been in the news a lot in 2023. It is very new.
There are several ai generators besides gptchat and another one is google bard.
Bard is free so it might be more convenient useful to use. In the past we had no idea where the data set came from yet it provides output material. We have since learned ai prior to Sept 2021 was (no surprise) using data with a liberal data set, in other words, you cannot really trust what it gives you.
Now it is connected in real time to things on the internet, but you have to be wise, use discernment and give very specific detailed prompts for it to return decent data, however even then you need to look at where it pulled that data from.
When getting religious or Christian answers you might find ai pulled material from catholic, mormon, other cults or other heretical churches (because theyve probably through pre ai era paid google to be being high in ranking responses when asking google direct search questions, and the internet connected data set assumes😬 theyre the most reliable).
So pay attention to that.
You can easily add a continued convo prompt to say, "repeat the answer but, exclude answers from catholicism, and sites typically considered cults, focus responses more on answers from baptist and reformed views."
Sad we need to do that but the world is run by non biblical Christians and until AI has full knowledge and can think in its own... it wont return results that clearly point to biblical Christianity; where we can fully trust its answers. Trust that it is likely flawed answer and request changes to get more proper true answers.
To avoid those issues from the start you could preface the prompt with ideas like:
"Using gty.org, livingwaters.com online content including podcasts and youtube, and reforned or conservative Baptist churches and ministries..." and then input your prompt or question.
And if you are not sure if the ai gave you true info, it has been known to make up stuff when it has no answers, you can reply with "is that a real quote?" Or "Is that the real verse in the Bible?" Or "quote the actual verse reference and give the nasb95 version of the verse that talks about xyz" if you have an idea what the verse says but not fully. Ai is helpful in that kind of quick search where as bible.com bible searches and google search cant help.
I checked the current features of ai Bard to see if it can pull "real" quotes and full transcripts since the transcript feature is now in spotify. But wasnt sure if it can pull from it.
This can help when you are researching, or trying to find ways to minister to people online or irl.
Hope this helps!
