Witnessing to unsaved loved one & friends *

Q: I need advice. All my friends including my boyfriend are not Christian. I really want to talk to them about Jesus Christ but am having this fear in mind that they might not listen to me. Where should I start?

A: Regardless of your relationship status, this can help you reach someone for Christ.

Scripture tells us a few things on this topic. Here are a couple:
*God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and love and a sound mind.
*The Holy Spirit will help us with what we say.
* God's Word never returns void.
*we are to speak to people about the Gospel but do so as one informed, who rightly speaks the truth, and who does so in patience, gentleness and in love.

Are you a new believer? Have you been baptized as a believer yet?

I would start by writing up your testimony. It is best if the gospel is included. Then you have a couple options.
1. Invite them to your baptism where you share your testimony (in water baptismal, before the baptism)
2. Print and Hand it to them. Tell them you just finished writing this and would like to know if they have any questions after they read it.
3. Record a good version of you sharing your testimony. Then at the end share the actual gospel message & ask "what would prevent you, listener, from getting right with God today? Don't let anything stop you. Simply repent to God of your sins (once and for all) and put your trust in Jesus (who paid your sin debt in full on the cross). You will experience a radical transformation when God causes you to be born again, when you obey the Gospel. Then read the Bible daily, obey it and persevere in the faith until the end. I hope to see you in Heaven.😊" and post it on facebook or youtube to share by direct message to the unsaved people you know.
*If you know your born again birthday you are able to send it that day with a note that gives entry ease into it like "Here is a special birthday message I wanted to share 🥳".
4. You can send this link along with a short message to them by text:
"I wanted to share something important (that has been on my heart) with you today. Let me know if you have any questions or if you recieved the offer 🙂. NeedGod.com"

If you would like testimony helps or baptism party ideas these can help.

⭐️Here are convo tips for giving you ideas how to reach them. (This)

If you need help answering their questions or objections you can send them to this link or pick links from it for specific answers.

Beyond that if you would like to learn how to share the gospel & apologetics in general as a believer then this can be a big help. Once equipped you can have varied convos confidently.

For more resources for a believer this can bless you as you grow in faith.

Things to understand.
1. Cover all interactions in prayer.
*Be humble and let God guide you.

2. The results of their response to the Gospel might be one of *surrender, or *idolatry (false conversion/picking and choosing things they like but rejecting the whole truth, and likely walking away), or *rejection (which may come with soft or real persecution towards you). If it is not full surrender to God (which you will see over their lifetime), then just know that :
*They already know in their hearts and conscience that they violate God's Law/Standard of perfection, *They are having seeds of truth sewn or watered, and might come to salvation in their lifetime (so never stop praying for them).
*Those who reject it until they die are simply "heaping coals on their heads" for rejecting truth and the wonderful gift in Christ that was made possible at great expense. They will have no excuse on Judgment Day.
*You need to be faithful no matter how they or others respond, as well loving, gracious, forgiving, and gracious just as God was to you.

If they fall away they either never had a clear understanding of the Gospel, God's Holiness and their Sin.
*They might still get saved if they gain a full understanding at some point in life. Many young people either embraced a false gospel or never actually understood the real one.
*or Left because they love the world and not God.

Your responsibility is only to share the gospel. You are just a messenger heralding the Gospel of Christ.

Leave the rest to God.
*Do continue to pray for their salvation, and for God to bring others into their life to reach them more.

+If you are in a relationship with an unsaved person and God has convicted you or you are being obedient to end that relationship since it is unequally yoked, try this gospel intervention first, before leaving. But do leave them right away if the person rejects Christ.

Final things:
Be an approved workman who is not ashamed. Rightfully dividing the truth, and living a holy life before God & everyone...
1. You need to be reading the Bible daily, know it so you can grow in the faith & mature as a believer, and in Christian living, as well as to answer peoples questions.

2. You need to be a member at a local biblical church and active there in learning, worshipping and serving there.

3. You need to be unequally yoked.
Yes God mightve brought those people into your life (prior to you getting saved) so you could influence them towards Christ, or even just to share the Gospel. But... we are not to be friends with those in the world, nor date, court, marry or do business with them (as partners). So if your bf doesnt get saved after you share the gospel and try to remove whatever is holding him back (by answering objections or helping clarify something)... if he doesnt turn to Christ then you need to break off the relationship. Get godly advice from a decon or elder at your church on how to best break off the unequally yoked relationship.

Then, make friends at church and among mature believers in the faith you meet. And only look for mature godly men to date or court to marry. Your Marriage, life, etc needs to be one where you both are on mission for Christ, living a godly life and showing them world what a follower of Christ looks like;someone transformed and growing in holiness who is Christlike. And raising up your children in the Lord.

God be with you. 🙂

Bonus: if you record a good video it can be saved and used at your funeral as one last attempt to reach them. Include it in your files with your Will and funeral stuff.
