Q: How do you approach discussing faith with someone who’s had negative experiences with Christianity? A: When they note that past issue say caringly: "I am sorry you experienced something like that, unfortunately such situations are expected to happen as we are in a fallen world stained by sin & sinners.  Jesus is the only perfect one, so the followers while forgiven, are still imperfect but are growing to become more like Christ. Ofc theres "false converts" among us professing Christ, but true believers pursue holiness and a loving spirit. We are to forgive, show grace, in patience, kindness and love to others. Every believer you encounter is at a different growth level; some older folks are new to the faith and some younger ones are too. So you mightve experienced a situation with a newer believer or a false convert. The good news is, one day believers will live with Jesus in a perfect and sin free place in eternity, and be perfect upon entering there themselves....
