Christians are "Hypocrites"

Claim: Christians are "Hypocrites"

A: Barbara Corcoran said people prefer someone real, genuine and not fake, with their faults and all. Do you agree with that? Are you someone who pursues being a decent person but fails to live a perfect life? [Yes]. Then how can you put perfection expectations on Christians(?). Christians have been made new by God, so they struggle with sin in a right way. Those not saved dont struggle with sin. Christians (whether new to the Faith, growing or mature) strive to become more like Christ. Its progressive sanctification. They arent perfect at salvation. They wont be perfect until theyre called to Heaven by Jesus and leave this sin stained body behind.

You like to be forgiven for your mistakes and not have thrm held against you, right? So why cant you likewise extend that forgiveness and grace towards others; Christians?

It's good you see that Christians are aligning with God's standards of righteousness, and thats cuz Christ is in them, having restored them to God, and to the image of mankind's original design.

How do you measure up to God's standard? Do you think youre headed to Heaven?... How many lies have you told this week, in your lifetime? Research indicates people have lied x times in their lifetime. God has told us one sin (in thought word or deed) makes us imperfect. And thats a big problem.

God requires perfection to enter Heaven. So by default (since Adam sinned and were his offspring) we are all sinners, and all are hellbound.

I haven't even touched on the other commandments [which mirror God's perfection] and reveal man's other sins that condemn him, like sexual sins; fornication, adultery (in act and thought by lust and fantasy), or coveting; desiring things that others have that you want (wanting it too or that belong to others). God sees our thought life and said hatred is murder in the heart, so one doesnt even have to commit that act to be guilty of it. There's also not honoring and obeying your parents; which kids break a million times a year. Stealing, a big one thats become a new and out of control trend from shoplifting to looting to employment related theft by lazy minimal attitudes and work ethics. They put other things and themselves in place of God thus committing idolatry. And not worshipping God because He is, and many who do, do it wrongly are doing it in an idolatrous manner - not in truth.

So God has many things against us, our sin crimes have stacked up and put us into more serious trouble. On the day of Judgmrnt, all will be guilty, mouths stopped, because they've committed these crimes against their Creator God, as all sin is an assault on God's character, in whom our image was fashioned after. So a just judge would punish a guilty person, and a just judge would do a perfect job wuth a perfect sentence. Not only are the wages of sin Death, (as Romans tells us), but also God's wrath will be poured out in judgment on those who committed crimes and in correlation to the crimes committed. So Hell is the right place, the eternal prison, where justice is served. It is a permanent place though as those who die in their sins, can never pay the cost to get out, because all they can offer is sinful.

So are all dawned and theres no hope, like the fallen angels led by Satan who are Hellbound too? No. There is hope and thats why the Gospel is good news, it calls us with urgency to obey it, so you can be right with God, forgiveness, recieve His grace and mercy though youre still a guilty sinner. Do you realize what an undeserved and amazing gift God offers in Christ Jesus? The Triune God in eternity past had made preparation for mans sin in Eden and when it happened He set in motion that plan to bring salvation to mankind; image bearers of God. God promised the Messuah would come and take away mankinds sins. Primised Prophecy was fulfilled across all the OT history when God as Jesus finally came to earth, put on flesh, becoming man too, so he could live the perfect life we couldn't live. He as the perfect second Adam, then took upon himself on the cross the wrath of God paying in full the sin debt required (to redeem back to God) those who obey the Gospel. He then died for us, and rose from the dead defeating death. So that all who believe in the true Jesus for their salvation, putting their trust in Him and His work on our behalf, has their court case with God "closed", as our Redeemer, having bought us back, to whom we now belong and live in and for. Whom is our Savior, God, Lord, King, High Priest and Mediator between God and man, the one we love, and live grateful to, having been born again by God, made new in Christ. He trade places with us, and has made us a new creation.

This is why we proclaim this good news, and call you to recieve it & embrace it. Jesus said in Mark 1:15 "Repent and Believe the Gospel". Tomorrow is not guaranteed. Every breathe a sinner has is a grace of God, but the next isnt guaranteed either. Getting right with God is imperative today. Do not delay, right now in your heart pray to God, call out to him with a humble & contrite heart "Oh God have mercy on me a sinner, please wash me, save me and change me. I place my trust in Christ alone this day. In Jesus name, Amen." God tells us in Scripture "Today is the day of salvation" and for those who get saved "the angels rejoice". There's a celebration happening in Heaven right now, for all who turn to Christ today.

If you prayed that prayer, &/or would like us to pray over you, talk with you, guide you to a solid church, or would like a free resource to help you grow in the Faith well, pls let us know.

Than you for your time.
